CSL Awarded NADCAP Certification for Aerospace and Defense Related Processes
Company Becomes Northern California's First NADCAP Certified Plating Company
SANTA CLARA, CA. (February 9, 2010) CSL, a leading developer of custom plating and coating solutions, announces that it has received accreditation by NADCAP in accordance with SAE Aerospace Standard AS7003 for its plating and coating services. The prestigious NADCAP accreditation is considered the ultimate approval of a quality supplier to the aerospace and defense industries.
NADCAP is the global quality assurance program for special processes and products in the aerospace industry. The standard was introduced by prime aerospace manufacturers including Boeing, Rolls Royce, Airbus, and United Technologies.
CSL is the only NADCAP-certified plating company in Northern California. Under this accreditation, they are in conformance with Aerospace Quality System (AC7004) and Special Processes (AC7108). The company is also AS9100 compliant.
